The last few years have been A LOT to process (right!?), and during this time I felt inspired to revamp and restart my morning practice, and WOW, I feel so much better!
And I’m so excited to share this practice with you…
My new morning practice is super flexible, super simple and SUPER effective…
I combine my Preferred You wake-up method (I share the method inside the program) with a menu of inspiring inner and outer practices that I choose from each day to align with my Higher Self.
I also use a few easy tricks (one involves silicone rings!) and tools to keep the momentum going throughout the day, and to process emotions when they come up.
So much in the world is shifting, and this can bring up intense feelings of anger, sadness, anxiety and grief, and if you don’t remember the bigger picture, and if you don’t know how to emotionally support yourself, you can easily become drained and overwhelmed.
And then use food (or other distractions) in an unconscious attempt to feel safe, to create a false sense of control, to fill a void, or to suppress uncomfortable emotions.
So, if your eating habits or your life feel especially unbalanced right now, please be gentle with yourself and recognize this is an INVITATION to remember your TRUE power.
