As a society, we’ve been conditioned to stuff down or deny our emotions,to sacrifice our own health and wellbeing for others (especially as women), and to create busy, stressful lives that look “successful” on the outside (hello, social media!) but leave us feeling exhausted, confused, and unfulfilled on the inside.
