About Heather K. Jones

Heather K. Jones, R.D. is a registered dietitian and a wellness guide.

She is the creator of the wellness programs Love Yourself Healthy, Feel Better Eat Better and Sensitivity Is Your Superpower, for women who struggle with emotional eating, restricted eating, overeating or body image issues, and the co-author of the New York Times best-selling Skinnytaste cookbooks.

She also spent seven years working for CSPI and its award-winning newsletter, Nutrition Action Healthletter.

Why I Created My Wellness Programs

As a dietitian working in the weight and wellness field for the last 20 years, I’ve seen it all. And as a woman who used to struggle with food and diets (and life in general!), I’ve done it all.

Over 15 years ago, I stopped trying to put a Band-Aid on my issues and I started to face my inner fears, and it changed EVERYTHING.

I discovered that happiness comes from within, and as I healed my relationship with myself, my relationship with food was also healed. I replaced my self-loathing with acceptance, my deep-rooted fears with compassion, my guilt with forgiveness, and my self-destructive behaviors with soul-care. I aligned with my soul and I created an entirely new reality for myself, and I would be honored to help you do the same.
