Practical and Soulful Tools to Create
Health & Wellbeing
Hosted by Danielle Omar, RD & Heather K. Jones, RD
Your body is an amazing, self-healing machine. Every minute of every day it’s working to keep you healthy and alive.
Your body has an innate, built-in capacity to heal itself, and it WANTS to keep you well. Just think about all the ways it’s protecting you – detecting and destroying anything it recognizes as foreign to your body, like bacteria and viruses, to healing cuts and scrapes, and even mending broken bones. Your body has been healing you your entire life.
And here’s a SACRED truth: You are far, far more than just your physical body. You are a powerful energetic being.
“Everything in life is vibration,” says Albert Einstein. “Everything is energy.”
Quantum science now proves that ALL physical matter is actually 99.9999999% energy and 0.0000001% matter. This includes the human body.
Everything in life is vibration. EVERYTHING. This means that your thoughts and emotions vibrate at a certain frequency. And so do the foods you choose to eat!
By opening our hearts and connecting with who we REALLY are and consciously directing our energy, we literally create good health through our vibrational frequency. And by feeding ourselves high-frequency, life-sustaining foods, we fuel our immune system with exactly what it needs to keep us thriving.
Now is the time to create soulful, practical routines that support our mental, emotional and physical health. This will not only naturally boost your immunity and raise your frequency, but also help to release excess weight, stop stress eating, and generate inner and outer health.
Join Heather and Danielle to learn how to create Empowered Immunity.
