Who is Heather K. Jones? 

Hi there! I'm Heather K. Jones, a registered dietitian and soulful wellness guide, and I've helped thousands of women create lasting change from the inside-out. I’m the creator of several online programs and the co-author of the New York Times best-selling Skinnytaste cookbooks.

Over 15 years ago, I stopped trying to put a Band-Aid on my issues and began facing my inner fears. That shift changed EVERYTHING.

I discovered that true happiness comes from within. As I healed my relationship with myself with love, my relationship with food healed too. I replaced self-loathing with acceptance, deep-rooted fears with compassion, guilt with forgiveness, and self-destructive behaviors with soul-care.
