Who is the Diet P.I.?

Heather K. Jones is a registered dietitian, health journalist, and nutrition consultant for The Best Life Diet by Bob Greene, Oprah's personal trainer. She has authored several health books and has numerous articles published in healthy-living magazines, including SELF, Redbook, Fitness and more. She also has more than seven years experience working for the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) and its award-winning newsletter, Nutrition Action Healthletter.

Heather has just released the books Drop 5 Pounds (Sterling, 2010) with the editors of Good Housekeeping, and The Salt Solution (Rodale, 2011) with the editors of Prevention Magazine. She is currently completing an updated edition of The Grocery Cart Makeover, and is working on a book with the editors of SELF magazine. Heather’s blog, The Diet P.I., investigates nutritionists, fitness pros, celebrities, and more, uncovering the expert secrets you need to lose weight and stay healthy!
