Hi there! I'm Heather K. Jones, registered dietitian and a soulful emotional eating guide.

I'm the Skinnytaste dietitian and the co-author of the New York Times best-selling Skinnytaste cookbooks. I also spent seven years working for the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) and its award-winning newsletter, Nutrition Action Healthletter.

As a dietitian working in the weight loss field for the last 20 years, I’ve seen it all. And as a woman who used to struggle with food and diets (and life in general!), I’ve done it all.

Over 15 years ago, I stopped trying to put a Band-Aid on my issues and I started to face my inner fears, I stopped abandoning myself and my emotions, and it truly changed EVERYTHING.
