Why Eating Croissants And Cookies Is Critical If You Want To Slim Down

Have you ever banned foods, or entire food groups, in an effort to slim down? Bread, pasta, chocolate, or maybe even everything in your diet except for, say, cabbage soup?

Yep, I’ve done it too, but restricting foods is a giant (big, huge, humongous!) weight loss mistake. It not only perpetuates the “yoyo” cycle of losing and regaining weight, it also makes us miserable.

I used to constantly ban foods – bread and sweets in particular – and by doing so I kept myself stuck in an eat-repent-restrict-repeat cycle (UGH).

My nutritional training (go figure) combined with my good food/bad food childhood experiences (eating pastries and sugary cereal, among other things, was a mortal sin according to my mother), had me convinced that cutting out certain foods was the way to go. But I was so very wrong.

In this video I’ll show you how you can eat anything (yes, anything!) you want, and still lose weight. And I’ll show you an easy way to instantly increase food satisfaction, no matter what you’re eating.

I’m all for eating clean and healthy foods, but I’m also totally against restriction of any kind. Who’s ready for croissants, cookies, cake (or whatever)!? As always, I’d love to hear what you think, so please leave a comment below.

Much love,

Heather
