About Heather K. Jones

I am a registered dietitian and a wellness guide.

I am the creator of the several online programs, including my signature program, Feel Better Eat Better, an online weight loss program for women who struggle with emotional eating, binge eating, overeating or body image issues, and the co-author of the New York Times best-selling Skinnytaste cookbooks.

I also spent seven years working for CSPI and its award-winning newsletter, Nutrition Action Healthletter, and five years working for Oprah and the Best Life nutrition team.

Why I Created My Wellness Programs

As a dietitian working in the weight and wellness field for the last 20 years, I’ve seen it all. And as a woman who used to struggle with food and diets (and life in general!), I’ve done it all.

Over 15 years ago, I stopped trying to put a Band-Aid on my issues and I started to face my inner fears, and it changed EVERYTHING.

​​​​​​​I discovered that happiness comes from within, and as I healed my relationship with myself with love, my relationship with food was also healed. I replaced my self-loathing with acceptance, my deep-rooted fears with compassion, my guilt with forgiveness, and my self-destructive behaviors with soul-care.

I aligned with my heart and I created an entirely new reality for myself, and I would be honored to help you do the same.
